It looks like I could get it in soy form. I know the animal would make me rather ill. It looks like it has some benefits to it. I’ll think about it next time I hit the health food store. I’d bet Miss Littles would love the stuff.

I've been doing kefir for 4 years now, and the grains I have done multiplied. I have a whole batch, free for the asking.
