In no way do I think that anyone should walk away from a good place either. I’m a different case because of the things I love about the place seem to out shadow the things I dislike by the end of the week. I feel very split at this time. I think my first step will be in not feeling like I have so many ties to those people. The people make a difference in how you worship, I like to say it’s all God but it’s also God’s people, thus making it all God.

If someone out there is thinking of finding a new church I want you to know that we understand where you are and how you feel.Millyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08676326805474564427noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20104292.post-19791091250175905792008-01-08T10:57:00.000-05:002008-01-08T10:57:00.000-05:00You end up going in blind, or pretty near to it.I ...You end up going in blind, or pretty near to it.
I guess my experience with Life Methodist was pretty much going in blind, except that the denomination was the same.

keep your promise not to try to change their church.
haha ... This series is all about what to do after you've figured out you need to find a new church.

I would recommend building new relationships close to home, but not at the expense of relationships you've already established on the bedrock of experience.

(All or none of which may apply to you, Milly)Kevin Knoxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16788817477327510023noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20104292.post-10088442761369043732008-01-08T00:27:00.000-05:002008-01-08T00:27:00.000-05:00It's that first step that's holding me back.
